What I Do When I’m Not Eating

It’s no secret I love to eat. So I always worry about getting fat, all the time. I’m not a teenager anymore when it used to be easier, when I had the ability to eat so much and have all the calories and fats just magically disappear. Now, not so much. I have to always remind myself I need to stay active to combat all the yummy food I consume everyday.  But I loathe the gym. All the nasty sweaty smell and germs contained within windowless walls. Does it kill them to build some windows so fresh air can come in? Gym is boring to me, so I like mixing it up with a little bit of  extra cardio and strength conditioning. A little thing called…boxing. >:D It really helps me not only workout and get a lot of cardio in, but it also hugely relieves both stress and anger. Plus, it makes me feel tough. 😀 And not to mention, cool. Haha. I wish someday I’m good enough to actually fight with someone instead of hitting the punching bag like it’s my enemy.
