It’s Friday, and while I’m having headache-inducing coffee withdrawal (trying to wean myself off), I figured I’d make someone else’s day with a little surprise. So I got the most popular and delicious chocolate and vanilla cupcakes from Matties Delectable Desserts and had them call my friend who works nearby and let him know that he has a surprise waiting for him to come pick up. 😀 If it weren’t for my friend having to sign my credit card slip, he would not have known it was from me! 😛 But regardless, I have to say the customer service here is awesome. The gentleman answering the phone was the most helpful, suggesting which cupcakes to get and doing me a huge favor by making the phone call for me, something he really didn’t have to do. But he went the extra mile making sure a customer was completely satisfied. And I most definitely was. It was a nice surprise for myself, too, to have this kind of refreshing customer service. I was happy that my friend was surprised, loved the delicious cupcakes, and had a very pleasant overall experience with this bakery. I highly recommend.
